I can’t connect touchable with my ableton live 11 since the last update of the app even if i installed the last server script can somebody help me please ?

sorry for the inconvenience. Could you please send us a Live and touchAble log?
To create a touchAble log please activate log mode via the server context menu Options -> log mode.
You will find the logs here:
/Users/<>/Library/Preferences/Ableton/Live 11.0.1
/Users/<>/Library/Preferences/Zerodebug/TouchAble
Upload the log by dropping it into the textfield.

sorry forgot to ask, if you are in windows or mac.
On windows, you will find the log inside touchAble’s installl directory:
e.g C:Program Files\Zerodebug\touchable<server_version>.log
The Live log can be found here:
\AppDate\Roaming\Ableton<current_version>\Log.txt

sorry haven’t even asked for your system specs. Could you please post them? Your USB Driver is at least correct, do you connect your device via USB or WiFi.
If you cannot find the log, please open a File Explorer and select your primary hard disk (C:) in the left panel (top right in the File Explorer ). Then search for this file : PluginScanner.txt, this should the point to the right folder.
