Clips becoming white on launching

Hello Pascal,

Since last v.1673 update, I’ve got a very annoying bug making Touchable Pro unusable.

As you notice in the embedded screenshot, each time I launch a clip it becomes white and stays like that. After a while, all my launched clips are white and I need to refresh manually the connection to have my clips colored again and so on. No need to say I cannot work. It’s stressful because touchable Pro is my main controller on 3 different devices:

  • iPad 6 ipadOS 14.4.2
  • iPhone XR iOS 14.4.2
  • iPad 1 mini iOS 9.3.5
    Same behaviour on every device. I’m running Live 11.0 on macos 10.13.6.
    I tried to install the latest script v1684 but unfortunately I can’t even test it because it froze Live 11 on launching. So I reinstalled v1673 hoping for help soon because I’ve got several live sets to perform in a museum in two weeks.

Hi,

sorry, we fixed the issue in version 1.686. The clips will flash now again before starting.

Hi,

the beta has just been released:

It includes some new features and we reworked parts of the Network Discovery, therefore we have to test it a couple of days until we will release it.

Also please make sure to install the latest server:

Hi,

Thank you for inviting me to test the beta;
I tried to install v1.687 but unfortunately it’s impossible to test anything. Live 11 freezes on launching (Multi colored wheel keeps on turning…) and I have to quit Touchable Pro server to stop that. If I launch again Touchable, Live becomes very laggy and the wheel turns on again…
I tried to send you the Logfile via help menu, but I don’t know if you received it.

I tried to revert back to older server versions and the last stable and usable server version for me is 1.650. I hope it helps.
