Love this app. It’s essential to my studio. so when it doesn’t work,
everything falls apart!!
The “Connection Status” of the app in my iPad is always blank,
and despite re installing everything multiple times, resetting my wifi router, and
re installing scripts etc etc, it will not recognize the new server.
Was working perfectly until the latest update.
I’m running Mac mini OS 10.15.7 with Server 1.613
Ipad is fully updated with latest download.
USB Connection is successful, and the wireless connections appear
when the usb is connected. When I Disconnect the usb, the wireless
connections get lost as well.
i could reproduce this issue on a machine that is connected to the network via cable, it is working fine with my mac book connected via wifi. We will try to find the issue and fix it asap.
I have just installed everything on my Windows 10 (64 bit) PC and it works beautifully with my iPad via USB but won’t connect at all using wifi. The PC is a wired connection but obviously on the same network. I can ping it from my PC fine

But no connections to TouchAble server. I’m running TouchAble Pro v 1619 on the iPad and v1623 on the server. Should those numbers match? I just installed the latest version of each - I didn’t see any options regarding specific versions (on either PC via the Zerodebug website or the iPad app store download)
Any assistance you could offer would be greatly appreciated
Update: my 10.5" is updating but I had rather hoped that I could dedicate an older iPad to the task. It won’t update beyond 10.3 though - can I assume that WiFi simply won’t work on that & stop trying?
Pascal meant that you should update to the latest ios APP version. It works for me on an old 5c which is on 10.3.3. Latest ios app & latest server 1623. (Win 10)
