Connection with Ipad problem

Hello,

I bought the app touchable pro for a few week. When I installed it first, it worked well. But since them it doen’t work anymore, and I need it to work for a project. I work on a macbook 16’ (2020 edition) and a new Ipad. I did everything as I should, follow everystep the installation. On my Ipad, I see nothing under Connection Status, it doesn’t propose my computer at all.
Any suggestion?

could you please make sure to install the latest iOS app (1.622) and also install the latest server (1.622)?

If on iOS14 could you try to delete the app and reinstall it thereafter?

Also please activate the server’s log mode, and send us the log file. It can be found here:

/Users//Library/Preferences/Zerodebug/TouchAble//log.txt
