I have a Macbook Pro and a Lenovo Tablet with Android. Im willing to use touchAble but i dont know if they’re compatible with each other. Can i control Ableton in the Macbook pro using touchAble in Androrid Tablet?

Yes that will work just fine - Android can connect to either Windows or Mac machines running Live.
