Control Surface not responding, everything is set up correctly.

touchAble Pro

I followed the instructions in the setup video. Did not install iTunes.
Running Ableton Live 10 Suite. Control surface is configured as specified in the setup video. Apps are allowed through the firewall, including Ableton.

  • Started server
  • Started ableton
  • Started touchAble Pro on the same machine (have also tried the same process but starting it on a separate machine after starting the server on it too)

This is the result. I have tried deleting the script folder and reinstalling it.
As you can see in connection status it says Live 0.0.0, and “Control Surface not responding”.

Hi,

sorry for the inconvenience. Could you please try to replace the touchAble.py in your scripts folder with the one attached.
