Control Surface Not Responding on iMac with iPad Pro & Ableton 10 running on latest OS

Hi all. Just as the title says, the app is not responding. I have had this problem so continuously I gave up using the app all together for a year or more. Lately, I’ve seen posts that issues were resolved and so I thought it could be useful again. I’d love it if this app could work again as I think the concept is great, but wasting over an hour of the little time I have to create troubleshooting, restarting, combing the web, etc. to wind up in the same situation of failure has definitely left me downtrodden. Have set Preferences according to the manual (Also want to note several of ZeroDebug’s links to set up are broken. an ironic name for the company?) and have restarted the computer several times, restarted Live, reinstalled the script, etc etc etc etc
Can someone help me keep the dream alive? Obviously some people are able to get this to work, and the app is genius when working correctly but this is an exceedingly frustrating experience.

Same here… app is unusable in its current state.

Yes I agree, I’ll be reverting back to TouchAble 3 as that was working well.

Hey,

sorry for the long wait, we have finally found an issue, that solved the Control Surface not responding issue on many machines.

Please try the new server:

In case it doesn’t solve your issue, please activate the log mode in the server -> Context Menu -> Options Log mode and send the logfile to our help desk:

You may find the logs here:
