Control Surface Not Responding on Mac Pro 2019 16" with iPad & Ableton 10.1.15 MacOS 10.15.3

I have just upgraded from TouchAble 3 that was working fine to TouchAble pro that says “Control Surface not responding”.

I have an active connection using USB or Wifi and can trigger MIDI notes using the TouchAble keyboard however nothing else will work.

When I try using it on my Windows PC it will work over Wifi but not USB.

Strangely if I load a new project in Ableton it loses connection. I have to quit Ableton and restart it to obtain a working connection, therefore to open an existing project that will work with TouchAble Pro I have to open a project from windows explorer whilst Ableton is not running.

Update**

I’ve tried TouchAble Pro again and now its working. It freezes occasionally over Wifi however works great using USB.

In case it doesn’t solve your issue, please activate the log mode in the server -> Context Menu -> Options Log mode and send the logfile to our help desk:
