I just bought the touchable pro for my ipad 2 and i was wondering…Must i also buy another licence for windows if i want to use it from my windows touchscreen ? or should it be a “cross platform” license like bitwig ?

unfortunately we can not offer cross platform licenses at this point.
The different platforms app stores do not allow any kind of cross platform licenses to be setup, while Bitwig has the advantage of selling their apps outside of these stores so they can handle these issues on their own.
We will look out for eventual cross platform solutions, but it will probably not be possible in the near future.

That is disappointing 
I was excited to have the options of using the pro version over cross platform without buying several copies? I know there are plenty of other App which do this, here is an example “discord” on all platforms so it can be possible. Why not create a Login system with your the pro version? you guys are talented and no doubt have skills to make this happen?

Discord is free though, isn’t it?
The problem is that we can’t combine the paid licenses over all those platforms.
We could do a login and our own accounting system - but on most platforms it would be forbidden to sell our app or a license thereof via our own store, so that’s just not possible at this time 
how about giving a coupon to customers ?
i just buy the ipad version and like to use my android phone you can send me a coupon for the google store,…
it can even be a discount i dont mind paying for your very appreciated work

I thought that once I bought the App I could use it on multiple devices, just like I’ve always done.
I have two ipads and I was thinking of getting a new Android one just for touchable pro and because i work both in Win10 and Osx.
As naaman says why not sending a coupon for people who already bought the app? It doesn’t make sense buying again in order to have it work on Android
It’s actually forbidden to do this in at least one of the three shops, they are strictly meant to be used for promotion - not as a means of selling or distributing the app. Also - promo codes are limited - in one case even as a total amount per app.
You can always use it on several devices - but they unfortunately have to be of the same family

I was wondering. Even if it’s not possible to make cross platform license , and i understand that, as they are 3 differents compagnies. Is it still forbidden to make a discount ?
Like if i bought a license on Android market and i want it on windows and on IOS i can have it at a discount price with “special” discount coupon (and not free but with a good discount) .
I just want to dig it cause i wanted to test it on each platform and i will buy the in-app futur addons ( i can’t wait to test the device template maker !!!) . If not possible ,i will buy only for IOS and Windows app. but if it’s possible ,i would buy for android to (to test on my phone 
)
