custom templates wont load

the page just stays blank, I was able to import a .tat file but the templates saved in the app are all null :frowning: using an ipad air2, ios 12 and windows 10 laptop

Hi,
sorry for the inconvenience. Have you imported a file from touchAble v3 or Pro? Unfortunately it is not possible to import old templates from v3.

Hello , Iā€™m having this same issue.

I created a custom template - Saved it and exported it.

Select new page - load the template does not work.

Also, if I copy the page to try and past it - there is to paste option.

Im confuzzled :confused:
