I have 1 bug and 1 question (Touchable PRO 1.555)

Hello

I am very satisfied with touchable and thank you.

I updated the touchable to 1.555 version.
I have no problem with connecting to the server, but I have 1 bug and 1 question.

1.Bug

After updating to version 1.555
There is a problem with the Device Activator of the instrument connected to the track automatically turning off when you change the track and select it
As a result, the Device Activator has to be turned on manually.

This bug doesn’t cause problems when you don’t connect the touchable.
No such problem occurred in the previous version.

If I can solve this problem myself, please let me know how.

2.question

I have updated the Touchable Pro app to the latest version in the app store for updates.
I downloaded and installed V1.555 from zerodebug.com to install the server.

However, the message “v.1.553 SRV , V1.553 CS and Update Server and Scripts” are written under the “Connection Status v.1555” mark of the Touchable PRO.

I wonder if the current version I use is the latest one.

Hi, thank you for using touchAble!
We will look into the bug you experienced.
To your question: when touchAble Pro says 1.553 SRV and 1.553 CS then you are still using the older server on your computer. Please quit the server, delete the app from your computer and after that install the new server 1.555 and the scripts - that should fix the problem…

I just installed 1.555 normally.
Messages related to 1.553 and update have disappeared.

The bug I mentioned is still happening.
In particular, Device Activator is turned off as soon as the instrument is loaded into the channel,
regardless of the channel’s change.
(Test : Window 10 / 64bit / Ableton Live 10.1.15)

This bug is annoying to users, so I hope you can fix it.

Hi.

Today I learned a clue about the symptoms of device activator being turned off.

If Lock to Control Surface (Touchable) is enabled on the loaded instrument, the device activator does not turn off even if the channel is changed.
(* However, if a new instrument is inserted in another channel, the device activator will be turned off again.)

I will use this method until you solve this problem, but I hope the next update will fundamentally solve this problem.
In addition, I hope this problem does not occur when using Touchable with other control surfaces such as push2 or launchpad.
