I stopped using Touchable because of the " Live is not running" error. I was recently encouraged to give it a try again but here is the same error.
On the iPad 5 the laptop shows up both as a network device and as a hardwired USB device on the connections page.
On the Win 10 laptop running Ableton 10 Suite it has the Zero8 connection on the control surface and the MIDI input and output ports.
I’ve rebooted Live of course with no change in the error.
I could REALLY use this product for live events using live. Can someone please explain what I’m doing wrong? The connections look good so its probably something simple.
