Hey,
I have problems connecting Touchable Pro to my laptop.
i use Touchable Pro on an Ipad and ableton is installed on a windows laptop.
The first time it connected via wifi, it worked without any problems. When I restarted the laptop it stopped working. I uninstalled it and installed it with USB.
if it is reinstalled it works once, but then it doesn’t work anymore. I have to reinstall it to make it work one time again.
When I try to use it via wifi it is no longer displayed on the iPad and the connection symbol remains empty.
Mainly i want to use it over wifi.
I’ve already reinstalled the app and everything is up to date.
When I open Ableton Touchable Pro isn’t always at “MIDI Ports”.
I hope you can help me.

Sorry for the inconvenience. This looks, like some packets coming from live destroy the connection between Live and our server.
To narrow down the problem source please do the following:
- Start the server and activate the Log Mode via the servers tray icon. Options -> log mode.
- Then start Live and the touchAblePro App.
- You will find the log file inside the touchAble server install folder: 1622.log.
- Please upload the log file here.
Next pleas try to use the updated Control Surface. Please try to repleace the scripts with this ones:
unzip the folder and replace the folder here:
*\ProgramData\Ableton\Live x.x\Resources\MIDI Remote Scripts*

I can´t find 1622.log. but in program-Zerodebug-touchAble I´ve found 1623. I can send you parts of my ableton log and the 1623 file.
I will try the touchAble.zip file and then get back to you.

I replaced the folder. TouchAble Pro is recognized immediately via USB, but wifi doesn´t work.
