Touchable not showing up as control surface in Live 10

Hi there,

I followed the installation procedure on the Touchable website to a T, but it’s not showing up in Live 10 in the Control Surface dropdown in the MIDI preferences. It is visible in the MIDI ports section just below, and I’ve changed the settings as directed on this website. Any suggestions on what I should do? I’m running it with an iPad Pro. Presently the connection icon is red and says control surface not responding.
