Hello I use macbook pro16 OS10.15.6 & iPad Pro iOs14.3.
I can transpose and change the master volume, but no clips or mixer faders appear in Touchable pro.
It’s the same for USB and Wifi.

sorry for the inconvenience. Could you please activate the servers log mode and send (upload it here) us the log.
Activate the log mode by clicking on touchAble’s sytem tray icon -> Options -> Log Mode.
You will find the log here:
/Users//Library/Preferences/Zerodebug/TouchAble//
