I’ve used TouchAble Pro on my Ipad Pro in the past, but for some reason I can no longer connect it to my PC. They are running the same wifi network, and I even tried creating another wifi network. The wifi symbol in touchable appears red and there are no dropdown options for connectivity.

Have you updated the server and the App to the latest version? Server and App will work together when both Version are greater than 1.5xx.
