I posted about this a few days ago but deleted the post as it seemed it was solved — but it is definitely not solved!
I use both Live 10 and Logic Pro X. I usually leave touchAble Pro server running 24/7. But the server software seems to be creating duplicate MIDI ports in Logic Pro X every time I open the software. They are greyed out in the MIDI settings but after even a few days of opening-closing Logic sessions I have a tonne of greyed out duplicates. When I first noticed the problem there were several hundred listings of duplicate touchAble MIDI ports.
Two possible solutions I can see:
- Don’t use Logic Pro X;
- Shut down the Server whenever I’m not using touchAble.
Is there any other solution?
