touchable pro win 10, ableton 10.1.30, android tablet

Hi I just got your android version, installed the windows server, installed scripts for ableton, tablet and computer on same network, but whatever I try I do not get any information into the connection status box on the android app. It shows a version number v. 1.562

Android version of my tablet = 7.0

I’m connected over a 5 ghz network, also over usb cable.

On the server side it states that v. 1613 is running, no wifi devices or usb devices available.
I did not install Itunes/Ipad drivers since I don’t use an Ipad or any apple product for that matter.

Please advise what should I do?

Hi, I’ve went through I guess all possible resources on this site, outside this site, contacted via mail on google play, contacted via facebook chat, via the old support porta that has been moved to this forum, but I still don’t have any response after a couple of days.

Can somebody advise me on how I can resolve the issue I have at hand or can someone otherwise guide me where possibly I can contact somebody that represents zerodebug that can respond to this.

The product looks great, review are good so I paid to join the bandwagon and enjoy the same. However I seem to be stuck on the flipside of the coin.

Any help is appreciated.

sorry for the late reply, we found an issue related to ipv6 wifi connections on all platforms, we are currently uploading an update, that will be available soon. After updating the app, please make sure to update the server as well.

Hi Pascal,

Signed up for Beta, full of hope I found that updates on your website and Google Play were made.

I installed server, showing version 1623.

Android app, when starting, screen goes all black, no welcome display graphics. Have to return to main page, then click touchable Pro again to get into the app and see UI (same like previous version).

Checking version number = 1.630.

Both over USB and Wifi I am not getting any connection status info, no server to select.

On windows side the server app does not show any recognized devices either. Please advise.

Had the same problem. After some early saterday morning cursing I got it installed without Midi, then after some more cursing my Tab S7 and my 10.1.30 build sort of recognized what they had to recognise…strangly this happend when installing software from the portugese competitors and a reinstall of Bonjour…

Hmzz, today Maschine 2.0 highjacked my Touchable server…up to the point that I could control Maschine’s drumpads…cooooool!. A restart of Ableton stole it back!
