I have to reinstall TouchAble Server every time I use Touchable Pro on my Surface Pro running Windows 10 for it to work. This is so annoying. I guess this is a bug. If not, what is the solution to this. Please advise.
I don’t have this bug on my windows 10 laptop but i’m curious about the way and the order you start each elements ? do you start by running ableton live or touchable server ? i say that cause i saw that when i start the server when ableton is starting , the script input does not appear in ableton live setup and the app on ipad says that it does not receive midi from ableton (even if the connection statue is blue on the app) .
but when i restart all in order ,it appears again and the connection works fine .
I start by opening Ableton Live then opening TouchAble Pro but if I’m not using my Surface tablet for a while I have to reinstall Touchable server for Ableton to connect with TouchAble Pro on my Surface Pro. This problem happens when I switch off or reboot my Surface Pro.
