hi, i cant seem to get a usb connection to work with an ipad, i am wondering if it needs to be a genuine apple charger because my internet is not stable via wifi

it should work with most usb cables supporting data transfer, though using an genuine apple charger is of courste the safest way to connect. if you are on windows, could you please try to deinstall the iTunes version currently installed and install the one we added yesterday:
