VPN Connection

My English is very unfamiliar.

I bought Touch Able pro.
The purpose is to connect to the studio network from home to Ableton in the studio via VPN and operate it remotely.

I was able to CONNECT by actually connecting to the studio Wifi, but I could not connect through the VPN.

Are there any additional settings that need to be made?
(I have confirmed that ping can be passed when connecting to VPN from the command prompt.）

Hi,

unfortunately touchable has been build to work in local networks only, we haven’t tested it in non local networks yet, sorry.

Okay, I’m hoping for the future and now I’m going to use it locally!
