Will Touchable Pro work once Apple kill iTunes ?

Will Touchable Pro, Studiomux, MidiMux work once iTunes is shutdown by Apple and replaced with a new music app?

Devs please confirm what’s happening?

Hello !
I’m not from the team but i think that touchable does not need itunes formely. It only need some services installed by itunes (like bonjour service) and that is simpler to install itunes for user.
Then i don’t think that itunes replacement could be a major problem .

thanks @zengel, you are absolutely right. We are also working on a solution, that doesn’t need itunes services at all, but we still need some time to finish the new server/connection.

Any news on the promised update? Your app is potentially great, would be such a shame to throw it away (together with my money…!)

Hi,

yes you still need iTunes. And will continue work once iTunes has been banned.

Actually the new version works without the former needed iTunes libs in wifi mode, but we are still struggling with the USB connection on windows.
