Windows 10 touch calibration

Hi, I just bought Touchable Pro for Windows 10 and the touch calibration is completely off, I don’t see any options within the app for screen calibration, size or aspect ratio. I know it’s not my screen itself as it works perfectly with other touch apps and the OS itself. The app is basically unusable and I can’t press any of the buttons to the right if the screen. Has anybody else have this problem or know of a fix?

I’m using a 15.6 inch 1080p multi touch screen in a MP MIDI Controller

Hi,

sorry for the inconvenience. We haven’t tested touchable with this specific controller. As i understand the functionality of the MP MIDI Controller right it acts like an additional screen with the ability to host and display Audio Plugins?

Does touchAble run proplery on the primary device?
