To be fair, I may be doing this wrong. I see 3 buttons at the bottom of the XY Pad setup on the left side. The first appears to be an activation button. The other two appear to be record and play. I would assume this to record motion of the XY control and then play it back. When it touch the record control, nothing happens. Then I tried to hold record while moving the control, still nothing. Play button will fill in when I tap it, but nothing happens (I assume because it’s not recording). I have tried both while transport is playing and while stopped.
It’s a bit hidden:
Open the bottom bar in the XY pad module - and activate the most-left button - that enables recording for the ball of that colour.
Afterwards you can just touch and move the ball to record - it will start playing back just after you stop.
Okay, then what is the round button in the middle under the time display for each ball?
This led me to find something else, the “Gravity Force” and “Bounce Force” percentage values don’t update when moving the sliders, only after you touch the ball again.
That’s the ‘Arm’ button - if you tap it, the corresponding coloured ball will jump to your finger - unless you hit another ball first.
We might want to change that icon a bit
