Hi,
we noted that many problems were caused by deactivated IPv6 network interfaces, please make sure to activate those on ALL devices: your local machine, mobile devices and the router(s) of your network:
On Windows:
Go to: Settings -> “Wifi/Ethernet” -> “Change adapter options”. right click on your current network interface -> “Properties” and enable Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6)
on Mac:
go to: Settings -> Network and select your current adapter. Click “Advanced” and set “Configure IPv6” to “Automatically”.
Please restart your machine thereafter.
On iOS, IPv6 is always activated.
On Android you can turn on IPv6 in the Network & Internet Settings.
