I’ll start out by saying the team for touchable is so far amazing at responding and rectifying issues I’ve had hitherto.
Issue right now is with audio tracks. Any time I try to open a session that has even one track with one audio file, Touchable just sits on loading (the white circle keeps rotating in “connection Status”).

did you install 416f by chance?
we had to take it down because there was an error with the script - if yes please download v. 417 and install the script again - after a restart of live the set should load again.
If that was not the issue please let me know

Hi, Windows user here, audio files are not showing, keeps saying loading file but I eventually give up, do they have to be of a certain length? Is everyone else having this issue, thanks
